Terrible

I recently purchased a wardrobe from your store, and I am absolutely shocked by the lack of quality. Despite following all assembly instructions step by step, I was met with a notice instructing me to secure the wardrobe to the wall. This is completely unacceptable.

What if the customer lives in a rental property where drilling into the wall is not allowed? Does that mean they are forced to keep an unstable, potentially hazardous piece of furniture in their home? The poor design and weak structure of this product make it not only impractical but also a serious safety risk.

What am I supposed to do with a product that is impossible to use safely?
