Delivery Timeframes:

For courier shipments, all products will be shipped out for delivery within 3-7 working days.
For large freight shipments, the delivery timeframe is set at 4-10 working days.

Delivery Specifications:

Our shipping service includes delivery by a single driver to the nearest drop-off point.
Regrettably, our drivers are unable to take products up a fleet of stairs and for apartments we can deliver to the reception/ it’s up to the driver’s discretion if they want to deliver it to your doorstep.
We do not offer two-person deliveries for any items.

Does the job

Above all else TSB Living has had exceptional service - really helpful, they always reply, and are prompt along with it. My package also arrived extremely fast and when I noticed some damage had occurred, they easily worked with me to get it solved fast. As for the Blind, it was everything it was supposed to be, it looks good and was easy to install but we've had some trouble with the wire rope guides as they are very thin and flimsy and keep pulling out and because they have gaps at the sides the blinds flap around alot. I guess you get what you pay for, and these blinds were budget friendly, however now I know more I would now purchase ziptrack blinds which are track guided, have no gaps and are fully weatherproof.
