Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality Control & Frustrating Assembly

Several issues have made my experience with this home gym extremely frustrating. First, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the nuts and bolts came in duplicate packets, meaning I was missing essential hardware. I called customer support to request a replacement, only to be told I had to drive an hour back to the store to pick it up.

After returning home, I realized they had also given me duplicate weight plates—I’m missing a 10 lb weight and instead received an extra 8 lb weight, which is useless since it doesn’t sit properly on the stack. On top of that, one of the brackets for the pulley system was incorrectly cut, forcing me to drill a hole myself just to make it functional.

The instruction manual is a complete mess—poorly organized, confusing, and with steps scattered across different pages in no logical order.

While the machine itself is decent once assembled, the assembly process is a nightmare. I have to now make time to go and get my weight replaced which should have been checked before giving to the customers.

Final verdict: 2 stars because the machine works, but I strongly recommend checking every part before leaving the store—even though it shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to ensure everything is correct. Or better yet, finding a different home gym to buy, it is worth the value but overall I’d rather invest in a product which has been thoroughly checked.

A few things not happy with
1 Instructions very confusing, diagrams not very clear and too small and should of had pictures of the parts as description just don't cut it.
2 The parts should be numbered, that would have been much easier and the washers, bolts and nuts had all come out of the packaging and were all mixed up you can imagine the confusion and the annoying frustration. Also had to buy more washers bolts and nuts because not enough were provided.
It took four to five days to put it together because of these issues. It is up now and it's lop sided the poles are not lined up. It's OK for the price but would not recommend
